The Disability Atlantic Arts Symposium (DAAS) is an on line gathering bringing together Atlantic-Canadian Incapacity-recognized artists for the initially time. Getting position on Oct. 22-24,  the symposium will consist of a few panel discussions: “Funding Access: Where’s the Revenue?”, “A Discussion with Funders” and “Peculiar Avenues”.  The event closes with an thrilling Cabaret line-up of drag, burlesque, spoken phrase, poetry, performance art, comedy and a circus act. DAAS promises a thoughtful environment for discovering new artists and alternatives, and sharing insights and stories—all with the intention of unifying the undeniable Incapacity arts community in Atlantic Canada.
