Canon’s new SPAD sensors work by amplifying a single photon that enters the sensor’s pixels into large amounts of electrical energy pulses. This allows the camera to see objects in areas with small amounts of light. Drake has long had a problematic relationship with the Grammy Awards, and earlier this week he withdrew his two nominations for the 2022 Grammys. He was up for best rap album (Certified Lover Boy) and for best rap performance, for his track with Future and Young Thug, Way 2 Sexy. A Recording Academy rep said it withdrew Drake’s two nominations from the ballot at the request of the rapper and his management (the final round of voting opened on Monday). SCOTTVILLE — Todd Reed shared photography tips and stories from 50 years of capturing images of Western Michigan Thursday at the Scottville Area Senior Center, where he and his son Brad were special guests for the Lunch & Learn speaker series. Senior Center Director Bill Kerans said the series is usually pretty well-attended, and he knew that having two of the area’s foremost photographers would be a draw.
