    PAC’s photography show features variety, great creativity | News

    RENSSELAER — Artists with a extensive range of expertise and creativeness set their photography expertise on show as portion of the “Celebrating Photography” show hosted by the Prairie Arts Council.  The exhibition made available photographers of all ages and talent sets to take part. The yearly December clearly show had an open up topic and people who are Prairie Arts Council users could exhibit for free of charge or a $10 rate.     It’s a decade that has been called the golden age of newspaper photography. ‘We wanted to start the book in the 1940s,’ Michael Williams, one of its editors, told DailyMail.com. ‘This was an incredible period of photojournalism.’ The black-and-white photographs reveal Chicago during the decade: the soldiers going off to fight in World War II, the women who saw them off, and the parades and elation after it ended.
