NCUGRHA to Host ‘I Love My Park Day’ event AUSABLE CHASM — The North Country Underground Railroad Historical Affiliation will host volunteers at the website of their historic museum as portion of the far more than 100 cleanup, enhancement, and beautification situations going on statewide on I Adore My Park Working day, Saturday, May possibly 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum is being readied to open for its 11th year which will commence on Memorial Day weekend. SL Plein Air Pageant names new director SARANAC LAKE — Saranac Lake ArtWorks has appointed Jane Davis as coordinator for this summer’s 14th Yearly Plein Air Competition. Saranac Lake ArtWorks, recognized in 2008 and integrated as a not-for-earnings in 2020, has a mission of employing the arts to market Saranac Lake and the encompassing communities. The Plein Air Festival is scheduled for Aug. 15 to 20. It will provide artists from close to the state as nicely as collectors of art.
