In a movie on her official Facebook web page, Lambert shared with her followers what she enjoys about Lindale for the Honor Your Hometown initiative — a non-partisan, all-volunteer campaign created by place and bluegrass music singer Marty Stuart and filmmaker Ken Burns.
With a Texas flag at the rear of her, Lambert sat on the porch of her childhood residence in Lindale as she spoke about the city that produced her who she is.
“I’m on my childhood porch going to my mama and I thought what a much better time to document a thing about my hometown even though I’m correct in the center of it,” she mentioned. “It’s type of the town that formed me and created me.
