The actress’ arrival comes in the middle of production on a forthcoming major motion picture in which she will appear.

The star kept a black facial covering on to reduce her chances of contracting COVID-19 while spending time in public.

Saldana is currently working on the forthcoming superhero movie Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3.
The performer is set to reprise her longstanding role as alien mercenary Gamora, whom she has played in several other features in the past.
Other returning cast members include Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista and Karen Gillan, with Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper providing voice roles.
Will Poulter is set to portray Adam Warlock, whose debut was teased in the previous Guardians of the Galaxy feature.

Development on the forthcoming picture began in the mid-2010s, when director James Gunn confirmed that he was interested in producing another film in the series.
However, the filmmaker was fired from his role by Disney and Marvel Studios executives after it was revealed that he had made jokes about various controversial topics on his Twitter account in the past.
The writer was brought back onto the feature’s team after its cast spoke out in support of him, and he later issued an apology for his actions.

Physical production for the feature will continue for several more months with a tentative end date of April.
The release date for Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 has been moved several times, and the movie currently stands to make its debut on May 5, 2023.
Gunn has also stated that he will not be directing any further features in the franchise after the third installment is released.
A short film entitled The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special will also be made available to the public on the Disney+ streaming app this coming December.
