A critique posted on web page CinemaBlend of Disney-Pixar’s new animated movie Turning Purple was pulled Tuesday, immediately after some audience lambasted it for ignoring the cultural encounter of its creator — and the film’s solid argued that it very substantially depicts a common expertise. The movie, which premieres on Friday, is directed and co-penned by Canadian animator Domee Shi and will be Pixar’s first feature-size movie directed by an Asian female.
