Northeast Wisconsin school administrator faces charges after students were forced to remove clothes in a search
The district administrator at a northeast Wisconsin university has been charged with six counts of untrue imprisonment soon after 6 pupils were being pressured to take out their clothes to be searched for vaping supplies in January. Suring School administrator Kelly Casper confined six pupils to a restroom off the school nurse’s office environment to be searched on Jan. 18, according to a news release from the Oconto County District Lawyer Edward Burke. Burke initially did not file rates since he mentioned the search did not meet up with Wisconsin’s legal definition of a strip lookup.
