Sally Kellerman, who was Oscar nominated for her supporting function as Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan in Robert Altman’s “M*A*S*H” element movie, died Thursday in Woodland Hills, Calif. She was 84. Her publicist Alan Eichler confirmed her death.
