BENNINGTON — Right after inspecting the former Bennington Middle for the Arts developing, the new proprietors say upgrades and repairs will be required, likely pushing the reopening again to late summertime. After a latest inspection of the 35,000-sq.-foot heart off West Highway — which has been shut whilst its ownership was made the decision in bankruptcy courtroom — the artist group that procured the home found plumbing, air conditioning and other complications that will have to be resolved.
