 Daniel Zeese, a 34-calendar year-old artist and designer, is the new interim govt director of Frog Hollow Craft Affiliation and its affiliated gallery in Burlington. Zeese is a former staff members artist and program coordinator at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson and was a design and style director at Studio Echelman, the Brookline, Mass.-primarily based studio of sculptor Janet Echelman. The University of Vermont grad went from playing funk in John Brown’s Body and jazz with the Lazybirds to forming art-pop act Rubblebucket and later collaborating with artists such as Kimbra and Cuddle Magic.
