I buy her nice clothes and she doesn’t wear them

Dear ABBY: From time to time, I pick my granddaughter up from general public school. This week, I picked her up on Tuesday and all over again on Friday. Equally times, she was donning the actual exact same outfit, a shirt/hoodie that was as well compact and hand-me-down jeans that were too large.

On Tuesday, when my son came to get her (Mom was not with him), I told him I did not like the jeans and the shirt/hoodie was ill-fitting. He reported he considered the denims seemed wonderful.

Abby, I have purchased several dresses for my granddaughter, and I know she must have other selections. I have generally been underneath the impression that “no issue what you have, you always set your ideal foot ahead.”

For reference, my son leaves residence by 5:30 in the morning, and her mom takes her to faculty.
